**** Rajbir Sehrawat, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.177 dated 17.08.2018 registered under Sections 148, 149, 224, 225, 332, 353, 427, 436, 452, 506 IPC at Police Station Bilaspur, Yamuna Nagar. Counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners No.1 to 3 are the ladies and petitioner No.4 is an old age person. The petitioners No.1 to 3 are the ladies of the family of Sumeet and respondent No.4 is the uncle of the said accused. It is contended that the only allegation against the petitioners is that when co-accused, namely, Mohinder had intimidated the petitioners, then they also reached the Police Post. However, there is no separate and specific allegations against the present petitioners.

Learned counsel for the State, being instructed by ASI Younus Ali submits that the petitioners are involved in obstructing the Police in performing its duties. However, it is not disputed that there is no separate and specific allegations qua any incident against the present petitioners. RENU 2018.11.

CRM-M-50648 of 2018 (O&M) -2In view of the above, but without commenting upon merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. It is ordered that the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds/ sureties to the satisfaction of the trial Court/ Duty Magistrate.
