HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioners seek directions to the official respondents not to harass them by frequently calling them to the Police Station in the guise of inquiry, at the behest of respondent No.4.
It is stated petitioner No.2 had sold his plot to one Himanshu Garg. Said Himanshu Garg instituted a civil suit for permanent injunction restraining respondent No.4 from interfering in his possession. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the presence of the petitioner is required in connection with the investigation of any case, procedure as contemplated under Section 160 Cr.P.C be strictly followed.
