NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is two fold, i.e. firstly protection of life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 6 and secondly to conduct fair and impartial enquiry of complaint dated 01.06.2020, Annexure P-5, and to take appropriate action against respondent Nos.4 to 8.

With respect to the first prayer, no such specific incident has been mentioned in the complaint, which may enable this Court to pass specific order of granting the security. Otherwise, it is the duty of the State to protect life and liberty of each of its citizen. Therefore, no specific direction is required to be issued.

CRWP-6341-2020 -2Court may note that a suit has already been filed by the respondent for permanent injunction against the present petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has rushed to this Court without even approaching the concerned Court with their reply or taking up any plea of a forged Will before the said Court. In any case, this Court has no doubt that the respondents-Authority shall look into the complaint and proceed in case any offence is said to be made out. Even otherwise, the petitioner is always at liberty to file a criminal complaint before the trial Court in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police in such matters of overlapping civil, criminal dispute.

Disposed off in the above terms.
