**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioners on regular bail in FIR No.81 dated 31.07.2015, under Sections 304-B and 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that petitioners are parents-in-law of deceased-Jaswinder Kaur. Moreover, there are no specific allegations against the petitioners. They are in custody from 01.08.2015. The statement of the complainant was to be recorded on 07.01.2016 as is apparent from order of this Court dated 06.05.2016 and till date the statement of complainant has not been recorded. The final conclusion of the trial will take a long time. So, they be released on regular bail.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating officer, has informed that out of total 19 witnesses, only 3 have been Naresh Kumar 2016.10.03 10:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh examined so far.

CRM-M-8431-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioners were arrested on 01.08.2015. Since then, they are in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain them in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioners are ordered to be released on regular bail on their furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar.

Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
