In the present petition, the prayer of the petitioner is that the date of birth of the petitioner in her matriculation certificate dated 29.05.2007 (Annexure P-2) and in other consequent record maintained by CBSE has wrongly been recorded as 08.02.1991 instead of 07.02.1991, which correction needs to be rectified as the same is causing prejudice to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the representation dated 22.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) but the same is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an RIYA 2025.04.30 17:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Beant Singh Seemar, Advocate Senior Standing Counsel for respondents who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that in case, representation dated 22.03.2025 (Annexure P-3) has been received in the office of the concerned authorities and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and in case, the petitioner is found entitled for grant of any relief, the same will be granted to her, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order the said reasons will also be conveyed to the petitioner for her information and necessary action.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
