These cases involve similar issues and therefore, are being disposed of together by this common order.

Prayer made in the present petitions was for quashing letter dated 09.11.2005 whereby the Advertisement No.3/2003 for the post of Inspectors (Food & Supply) and Auditors (Local Audit Department) had been cancelled and restraining the respondents from holding any further selection, which might not even be surviving due to efflux of time. 3.

Learned counsel submits that she is unable to establish contact with the petitioners.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
