(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 & 3 take appropriate legal action on the representation dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P-1). In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities number of times but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

CRM-M-50657-2018 -2On asking of the Court, Mr. P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply adequate number of copies of the petition to the State counsel during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that representation dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) will be decided within a period of four weeks.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 25.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
