After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Criminal Revision with permission to challenge the documents produced by the prosecution on the ground of forgery and fabrication before the Juvenile Justice Board. Giving such a liberty sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner, Criminal Revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
