Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner for setting aside the calendra proceedings dated 13.10.2018 (Annexure P2) initiated by the Station House Officer of Police Station Sadar, Ferozepur Sadar against the petitioner, her husband and her children at the instance of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 13.10.2018 (Annexure P3) to respondent No.5Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, but the same remained unattended till now.
