Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant has objected to the compromise, submitting that according to alleged compromise, four cheques were given by the petitioners towards settlement, out of which second cheque has bounced.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one after compliance of terms and conditions of the alleged compromise.
