SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to the official respondents to consider the complaint bearing No.567791 dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P.1) along with reminder bearing 576677 dated 18.4.2025 (Annexure P.2) submitted to respondent No.2, which were pending investigation before the Authorities and to decide the same within time bound manner as the official respondents intentionally are not taking action against the private respondents due to influence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the complaint bearing No.567791 dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P.

1) and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of two weeks from today. Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, respondent No.2-Sr. Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala is directed to look into the complaint bearing No.567791 dated 05.04.2025 (Annexure P.1) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. The order so passed in the said complaint shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week thereafter. The present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
