By this common order, two writ petitions, the details of which have been given in the heading, are being disposed of as both the petitions involve the same question of law on similar facts. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that as the posts on which the petitioner(s) were working on deputation, are still lying vacant, liberty be given to the HARSHA RANI 2024.03.06 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-12821-2020 and connected case 2024:PHHC:026378 petitioner(s) to approach the respondents by filing appropriate representation that they may kindly be adjusted against the said vacant posts for better execution of the work.

Learned State counsel submits that in case any representation is received from the petitioner(s) before the authorities concerned, the same will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate speaking order on the said representation will be passed within a period of eight weeks of the receipt of any such claim and in case, it is found feasible to accept the request of the petitioner(s), the same will be accepted otherwise, due reasons will be mentioned in the speaking order for not accepting the prayer of the petitioner(s).

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present writ petitions may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioner(s) to file appropriate representation with the respondents. 5.
