R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed the reply by way of affidavit of Assistant Commissioner of Police (East) Amritsar and the same be taken on record.

As per reply, learned State counsel submits that there is no threat perception to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 5 submits that the petitioner is doing all this to create circumstances in his favour as huge amount of arrears of rent is due against him. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the above contention, I find that no further indulgence of this Court is required in the matter and the instant petition is disposed of as such.
