(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.293 dated 29.11.2014 registered against him under Sections 302/201/148/149/404/364/120-B IPC & Section 25 of Arms Act at Police Station City Narwana, District Jind. Learned counsel submits that petitioner is incarcerated since 21.07.2016.

Learned State counsel submits that out of 26 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 08 are stated to have been examined. He, on instructions from ASI Amarpal, submits that prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he committed murder of Amandeep son of complainant. During investigation, weapon of offence and blood stained trouser was recovered. raised by the petitioner is that the complainant and other witnesses have not supported the case of the prosecution. However, keeping in view the fact that trial is at crucial stage, this court does not find any ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Plea is hereby rejected. Dismissed.
