******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed by petitioners under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No. 95 dated 21.07.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 148 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), at Police Station Mantiana, District Hoshiarpur on the basis of compromise dated 30.10.2015.

None has appeared for petitioners.

As per report of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hoshiarpur, complainant party has not ratified compromise dated 30.10.2015. Learned Magistrate has reported that parties have not entered into agreement as per statement of complainant recorded by him.
