This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 469 dated 07.8.2020 registered under Sections 363, 366 IPC, Police Station Hansi City, Police District Hansi, District Hisar. At the outset, learned State counsel has pointed out that the cancellation report has been submitted to the Superintendent of Police on 19.9.2020.

Keeping in view the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not want to press the present petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
