(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of blanket anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner candidly submitted that till date no FIR has been registered, however, police authorities are harassing the petitioner.

Keeping in view the facts and averments in the petition, it is directed that if presence of petitioner is required in the police station, police authorities shall act in accordance with law and issue notice under Section 160 Cr.P.C.

Disposed of.
