(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to hand over the investigation of FIR dated 1206 dated 28.12.2022 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of IPC at P.S. HTM Hisar, District Hisar to some high rank office so as to carry out fair and free investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by now, the Investigating Agency has already concluded the investigation and a final report stands submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate, thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law.
