He further contends that the case of the petitioner had been recommended by respondent No.1 but the same has not been finalized. He has sent a representation (Annexure P3) to respondent No.3 in this regard. He further contends that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-3) in accordance with law. Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Sudarshan Kumar, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
