**** M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO, J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek protection of their life and liberty as they apprehend danger at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7 as they are living in a live-in-relationship against the wishes of said respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners identifies the petitioners on the basis of documents attached. It is contended that petitioners are major, as their ages being 31 years and 24 years, respectively. Aadhar cards of both the petitioners are appended with the petition as Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively. They alleged that there is a threat to their life and liberty from respondents No.4 to 7, and in this regard they have submitted representation (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Sirsa, for redressal of their grievance but no action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3.
Mr. Karan Sharma, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. Advance copy of the petition stands served.
