No.102/104-CRA of 2011/2012 Date of Decision: 24.07.2013 Disagreed by the imposition of sentence, terminate as on the lesser side, the complainant had come up before this Court for its enhancement by filing the present criminal revision petition.

The convict had also filed a separate criminal revision petition challenging his conviction which was listed as CRR No. 2594 of 2013 vide an out of Court compromise, the parties had come settled all their disputes and consequently, a quashing petition was filed in CRR-2594 of 2013 which is being allowed by a separate order passed in the said case. Since based on the compromise between the present petitioner and convict Gurmail Singh, his conviction has been set aside and he has been acquitted, as such, the present petition seeking enhancement of the sentence rendered infructuous. Given above, the present petition stands disposed of.
