It is averred that the entire allegations of duping the investors are against the owners of the partnership firm under the name and style of M/s "Live Trading India". The two non-applicants coaccused Bhupinder Kumar Gupta and Shrikant Aacharya are the partners of the said Firm. As per complainant he used to receive the promised higher rate of interest on investment from the co-accused Buta Singh who is a franchisee of the firm at Longowal. It is contended that even taking the allegations on the face value,there is no entrustment of any money to the petitioner nor is there any allegation of allurement by the petitioner to invest in the said firm. In fact, it is submitted that the petitioner is also a victim having invested in the same firm.

CRM-M 8493/2016 pursuant to the interim order dated 14.3.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined investigation and fully cooperated. Learned State counsel, on instructions concedes that petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. Further concedes that case of the petitioner is similar to the case of co-accused Som Kumar Gupta, who has since been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of the above,interim bail granted vide order dated 14.3.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
