CRM-M-25225-2024 Short reply dated 21.08.2024 has been filed by the learned State counsel on behalf of respondent-State by way of an affidavit of Onkar Singh Brar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Shahkot, District Jalandhar and the same is taken on record. As the petitioner was declared a proclaimed offender and surrendered subsequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
