(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.153 dated 10.04.2022 registered under Sections 380, 454, 506 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Urban Estate, Hissar.

On instructions from Pooja Vashist, IPS, Additional Superintendent of Police, Hisar, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 15.06.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. In view of above, order dated 15.06.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. Disposed of accordingly.
