(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.65 dated 21.04.2023 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Dhand, District Kaithal.

Status report dated 04.07.2023 by way of affidavit of Amit Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, has been filed on behalf of the respondent-State. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
