Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim bail to the petitioners on the ground that mother of petitioner No.1 has expired on 18.3.2015 and he has to perform her last rites. Learned State counsel submits that trial is at its crucial stage as 7 prosecution witnesses have already been examined. He, however, does not dispute the factum of demise of mother of petitioner No.1. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, ends of justice will be met if petitioner No.1 is taken in custody for 3 days to perform the last rites of his mother. Petitioner No.1 would be taken to his residence in custody on 28th, 29th and 30th March 2015. He shall, however, return to the District Jail, Hisar by 5.00 P.M. on each such date. Prayer of petitioner No.2 is, however, declined. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
