*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner who is present in person submits that he has some genuine grievance qua his selection on the post of Assistant District Attorney and he intends to submit a detailed representation mentioning all the grievances before the respondent Commission and the Commission be directed to decide his representation in time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondent Commission submits that in case any representation is received from the petitioner, an appropriate order will be passed after taking into consideration the representation detailing all the grievances within six weeks from the receipt of any such representation. He further submits that after the decision of the representation in case any benefit is to be extended to the petitioner, the same shall be extended to him within a period of further four weeks.

CWP No. 13844 of 2019 (O&M) In view of the aforesaid statements, the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed with liberty to file such representation with the commission.

Ordered accordingly.
