The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a writ in the nature of quo-warranto and certiorari, for quashing appointments of private respondent Nos.5 to 12 as Ayurvedic Medical Officers and further for directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to re-advertise the unfilled 8 posts.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
