Petition, i.e. CRM-M-22653-2025 has been filed under Section 528 BNSS of 2023 with a prayer for quashing of the DDR NO. 24, dated 29.11.2021, (Annexure P-1), registered under sections 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC, 1860, at police Station Beas, Police District Amritsar (Rural), District Amritsar, in the main case FIR No. 267 dated 09.11.2021, registered under Section 304, IPC of 1860, registered at Police Station Beas, Police District Amritsar (Rural), District Amritsar, Punjab and all Subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, in view of the compromise/affidavit shape of compromise dated 03.02.2025, (Annexure LAVISHA 2026.01.21 19:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC, Chandigarh

CRM-M-22653-2025 CRM-M-22857-2025 -2P-3) affected between the parties; and further, for quashing of all the consequential/subsequent proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR. 2.

Petition, i.e. CRM-M-22857-2025 has been filed under Section 528 BNSS of 2023 with a prayer for quashing of the FIR NO.267, dated 09.11.2021, (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 304, IPC of 1860, at Police Station Beas, Police District Amritsar (Rural), District Amritsar, Punjab and all Subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, in view of the compromise/affidavit in shape of compromise dated 04.02.2025, (Annexure P-4) affected between the parties; and further, for quashing of all the consequential/subsequent proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR.

On the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners pray for withdrawal of the present petitions.

Accordingly, both the present petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
