FATEH DEEP SINGH, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through Video conferencing on account of outbreak of pandemic COVID-19. Mr. A.P.S. Rehan, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 has made statement at the bar that present petition bearing FIR No. 120 dated 07.07.2017 under Sections 406, 498-A of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur and subsequent proceedings stands quashed vide order dated 23.02.2021 passed by this Court in CRM M-41236

CRM M-23485 of 2019 -2of 2020 and the same could not be displaced by the petitioner counsel.
