This petition has been filed alleging disobedience of order dated 18.05.2021 in CWP-9884-2021 whereby the competent authority had been directed to decide petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2021 by passing a speaking order within a period of six months from the receipt of copy of the order.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the respondents that petitioner's representation has been decided vide speaking order dated 08.10.2021 attached as Annexure R1 with the short reply filed on behalf of respondent No. 1. Unconditional apology has been tendered for the delay in passing of order, which it is submitted, was due to unavoidable reasons. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, rule is discharged. Needless to say, petitioner is at liberty to challenge order dated 08.10.2021 in accordance with law, if so advised. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
