However, counsel for the State on instructions submits that except the above mentioned criminal history, petitioner is also involved in FIR No.3879/2023 registered in Police Station Chhawla Delhi, which he has not mentioned. 4.
At this stage, petitioner's counsel seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh by mentioning all criminal cases pending anywhere in India including status thereof.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
