This petition is filed seeking cancellation of warrants issued against the petitioner in F.I.R. No. 9, dated 21st August, 2020, under Sections 7, 7(a) and 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Phase-1, Mohali.

In view of order of even date passed in CRM-M-253872021, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that prayer made in this petition is rendered infructuous. Disposed of as infructuous.
