ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The Member of the Bar are abstaining from putting in appearance in the Court.
Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR No.15 dated 23.1.2015 under Sections 457, 380, 447, 427, 506, 511, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, District Ludhiana and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
On 22.5.2019, the counsel for the petitioner has sought time to file specific affidavit about the status of FIR as well as the status of the petitioner, if she has been declared a proclaimed offender. Since the petition pertains to the year 2015 and thereafter, two dates were taken. On the last date of hearing, i.e. 4.7.2019, it was noticed that the trial Court has initiated the proceedings of declaring the petitioner as a proclaimed offender.
In view of the same, this petition is rendered infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after attaching the report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. and also by filing a specific affidavit, if the petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with liberty aforesaid.
