Sessions Judge Barnala in case FIR No.111 dated 16.07.2020 registered under Sections 21/25 of NDPS, at P.S. Barnala, District Barnala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial in the present case already stands concluding thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
