By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions for carrying out free and fair investigation in case FIR No.44 dated 23.03.2019 registered under Sections 307, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act at P.S. Mehta, District Amritsar Rural.

Learned State counsel submits that trial arising out of aforementioned FIR already stands concluded vide judgment dated 22.02.2022 passed by Court of Addl. Sessions Judge, Amritsar. 3.

In view thereof, the present petition has been disposed of being rendered infructuous.
