This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of orders dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by Judge, Special Judge, Moga, in case bearing No.NDPS/0430/2021 titled as State Versus Jaspal Singh in case FIR No.23 dated 25.02.2021 under Section 21- B, 29 of NDPS Act, Police Station City Moga whereby bail order has been cancelled and bail bonds are forfeited to State.
