NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel submits that most of the prosecution witnesses have been examined before learned Trial Court, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with permission to file a fresh petition before learned Trial Court in view of changed circumstances.

Learned counsel for the State as well as counsel for the informant, has no objection to the above prayer. Dismissed as withdrawn.

In case the petitioner moves an application for grant of bail before learned Trial Court within a month of passing of this order, the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.
