"CM-9114-CII-2022 This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for withdrawal of the main revision petition.
Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner would contend that the parties to the lis have since compromised the matter and have already filed a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for divorce by mutual consent.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, the main petition, which is pending for 19.08.2022, is taken on board today itself.
