**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petitions, the petitioners, the mother-in-law and father-in-law are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 81 dated 13.2.2016, registered under Sections 342, 498-A, 354-A, 354-B, 376, 511, 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC, Police Station Civil Lines Hisar, District Hisar. The petitioners have joined the investigation. The rings have been returned. Allegations of attempt of rape had been made by the complainant. Counsel for the petitioners states that their jewellery is also with the complainant.
There are disputed facts and the correctness of the allegations will have to be gone into by the trial Court. Custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not necessary.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, both the petitions are allowed and orders dated 11.3.2016 and 10.5.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
