"#  $ Report dated 20.04.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patiala has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Gurcharan Singh, accused Gurpreet Singh @ Gopi and that of Nirmal Singh and Roop Singh @ Joginder Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

 In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being purely a property dispute, the fact that parties belong to the same very village and the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.73 dated 27.10.2011 registered at Police Station Bakhshiwala, Patiala (Punjab) under Sections 323/324/506/34 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
