(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.149 dated 26.05.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Nigdhu, District Karnal. Vide order dated 05.07.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shiv Charan, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation. On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has vehemently opposed the prayer made in the present petition. CRM-M-26619-2022 (O&M) -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 05.07.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioners, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
