***** M.M.S.BEDI, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks concession of regular bail in a case registered at the instance of Sub-Inspector Narinder Singh alleging that on the basis of a secret information against two persons, Gurmeet Singh was arrested along with counterfeit currency notes of Rs.500/-. On the basis of his statement recorded by the police in custody, the petitioner was involved in the case.

Petitioner has been in custody in this case with effect from 30.08.2014.

Application has been opposed inter alia on the ground that the petitioner is involved in another murder case wherein he has been convicted.
