The present revision petition has been filed by the petitionerhusband aggrieved by the order dated 13.03.2025 whereby he was directed to pay at least 25% of the pending arrears failing which proceedings would be initiated for civil imprisonment.

Today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to approach the Family Court. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
