Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Mohd. Arshad, Advocate for the petitioner. .....

The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.61 dated 7.4.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 379-B, 395, 397 and 420 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Pinangwan, District Nuh. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the prosecution version, the FIR has been got registered by one Rajendran Narayan Pilai. As per the allegations, he departed from Karnataka to Delhi along with `6,10,000/- to purchase one Innova car on OLX. He made contact with those persons, who took him in the car and the money was robbed from him in the way by giving fist blows etc. The present petitioner is nominated in the present case. Cr. Misc. No.M-50798 of 2018 [2] Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; the fact that serious allegations have been levelled, the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, therefore, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
