Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. He further submits that based on the said compromise, a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. bearing CRM-M-2692 of 2014 (Rajinder Kaur & ors. Vs. State of Punjab & anr.) has already been filed seeking quashing of FIR, wherein notice of motion has already been issued for 4.5.2015. CRM-M-9733 of 2015 In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that he shall surrender before the learned trial court within a period of two weeks from today and the learned trial court shall consider his bail application, keeping in view the abovesaid changed circumstances, by passing an appropriate order, at an early date.
