(Oral) By this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.2 to take into consideration the representation dated 19.7.2021 (Annexure P-1) filed by her, and to take action in accordance with law, with a further prayer made to protect her life and liberty at the hands of respondents no.3 and 4. The prayer in this petition being only that respondent no.2, i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, should go into the allegations made against respondents no.3 and 4 and to take action accordingly, in view of the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure P-1), it is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to go into the said representation and to take action as is required as per law, within a period of 3 weeks from today.
