The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of case FIR No.279 dated 03.08.2017, Annexure P-1 registered under Sections 332, 353, 186, 34 IPC at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
