The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.198 dated 09.02.2014 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to raise all the pleas as stated herein, before the trial Court concerned at the stage of framing of charges. 3.

In view of above, the prayer so made is allowed, with liberty aforesaid. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
