State of Haryana .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.AS Manaise,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of two petitioners, in case FIR No.489 dated 10.11.2015 under Section 380 IPC, PS Rania, District Sirsa, who are alleged to have stolen 7 bags of paddy on the intervening night of 9-10.11.2015. Counsel for the petitioners heard at length.
It is contended that there is false implication on account of number of previous cases against them.
At this stage there is absolutely no material available with the Court to uphold the plea of false implication. In the facts of the case, custodial interrogation of petitioners would be required for completing the chain of investigation.
No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
